You pay a small amount per unit per month, billed on your total unit count. A low monthly minimum keeps small portfolios affordable, and the per-unit rate drops as you grow. There are no setup fees and no long-term contracts.

Are there payment processing fees?
Online payments carry standard processing fees: typically a low, capped flat fee for ACH bank transfers and a percentage for card payments. You decide whether residents or the property absorbs them.
Do I need to sign a contract?
